Anders Eknert 3300dfc99f Add (*TemplateString).Copy() method (#8159)
Also:
- Add `(*TemplateString).Equal()` because why not.
- Update `x.Compare(y) == 0` to instead use `x.Equal(y)` where possible

Fixes #8158
