There are a lot of edits here. I am trying to make the docs more
consistent between pages and sections, each commit is one category of
change so it might be easier to go through commit by commit to see all
similar changes in the same place.
The main goal was to make the language sound more like reference docs
than product marketing, i.e. a little more formal with fewer filler
words in places. Rephrase to avoid informal 'we/our' guidance,
formatting updates for things like admonitions.

I deleted the regal.zip file that the script created. I assume
that shouldn't be commited? But looking at Johan's "agent" PR,
it looks like it was included. We can fix that later though.

- some were false positives where the react components I had made were
not working with the checker. (CLI and Builtins refs)
- Others related to pages moved around etc, pages that used to be
headings and so on.
- also address gtag loading issue by correctly configure via plugin.
From now, a broken anchor is fatal at build time.

Some are runtime generated in the report and so are false positives. But
there are still others that need to be addressed, this is just the easy
ones.

Mostly these had already been imported during the initial migration to
the OPA site, but there were some minor changes and this process is
still manual (scripted).
