request being built with the client-declared <code>Content-Length</code>
while the body is delivered fully buffered, where a client could declare
a small <code>Content-Length</code> with a much larger body and slip

<h3>Path traversal in <code>serve-static</code> on Windows via encoded
backslash (<code>%5C</code>)</h3>
<p>Affects: <code>serveStatic</code> on Windows (Node, Bun, Deno
adapters). Fixes the path guard allowing a lone backslash, where an
encoded backslash (<code>%5C</code>) decoded to <code>\</code> was
treated as a separator by the Windows path resolver, letting a single
URL segment escape into a middleware-guarded subtree.

into one value, dropping cookies on ALB single-header and Lattice</h3>

comma-separated value for ALB single-header responses and VPC Lattice
v2, where the value could not be split back into individual cookies and

<h3>Lambda@Edge adapter keeps only the last value of a repeated request
header, dropping the rest</h3>

Stephan Renatus 9a864c6398 compile: add support for "any value at all", as IS NOT NULL (#7998) 
* compile: support "equal to whatever" as "IS NOT NULL"

Fixes https://github.com/open-policy-agent/opa/issues/7996.

This only deals with SQL targets for starters.

This issue also came out of the discussion with @huntkalio.

* compile: expand support for "_ = <unknown>" to prisma

It seems like the translation is pretty straightforward here, so
let's include it.

Stephan Renatus 4ab2ac0c61 Port Compile API extensions from EOPA (#7887) 
* server: port compile API

Also adds e2e tests: These include coverage for ucast in the prisma
setting, and thus require some JS runtime.

* e2e: selectively skip e2e Compile API tests

...for macos runs, and for the go-compat suites.

* server: accept timer_rego_external_resolve_ns metrics with value 0

When running the tests in a loop for a while, I would see values of 0ns
for this metric. However, comparing with its non-zero values, which are
often 41 or 42ns, it seems like this is just not happening in this code
path. So if "almost nothing" actually goes below 1ns, it's OK.

* e2e: split dep-heavy e2e tests into their own go module
* Makefile: export DOCKER_RUNNING (make e2e read it)
