Fix the Gateway OOM from per-row ~2.6 MB catalog fingerprints in issue #115282 by storing a SHA-256 pricing fingerprint instead. Move rollups to the v2 scope, delete v1 rows by scope during prune, add doctor --fix cleanup, and refresh each agent with a single scope read.
