Official OpenClaw memory embedding provider plugin for Voyage AI.

Install from OpenClaw:

```bash
openclaw plugins install @openclaw/voyage-provider
openclaw gateway restart
```

Set `VOYAGE_API_KEY`, then configure memory search with `provider: "voyage"`.
