fix(cli): gateway status probe with TLS when bind=lan
...
- Use wss:// scheme when TLS is enabled (specifically for bind=lan)
- Load TLS runtime to get certificate fingerprint
- Pass fingerprint to probeGatewayStatus for self-signed cert trust
