feat(heartbeat): default delivery to the configured owner, never groups ( #121988 )

Unset heartbeat.target now resolves "owner": elected heartbeat notifications deliver to the operator's DM resolved from commands.ownerAllowFrom or the channel allowFrom (first concrete entry; wildcards and channel-scoped wildcards excluded; configured owners exhausted across channels before any channel-local fallback). Delivery requires the channel's own classifier to positively prove a direct destination — every bundled messaging plugin now ships an inferTargetChatType contract — and unproven or group-shaped destinations fail closed to the visible no-route state. The first implicitly-routed delivery carries a one-line self-explanation naming the target: "none" opt-out. Explicit target "last" remains as the follow-the-conversation opt-in. Refines the unreleased #121892 default before it ships; refs #121880 .

reasoning payloads stay internal, the HEARTBEAT_OK ack budget is fixed at
300 chars, the Heartbeats prompt section follows cadence, and tool-error
warnings are always on. Docs still advertised skipWhenBusy, ackMaxChars,
includeReasoning, includeSystemPromptSection, and suppressToolErrorWarnings
as live options; this aligns seven pages with the fixed policies and the
strict heartbeat field list, locks the claw-profile skipWhenBusy rejection
diagnostic with a dedicated test, renames includeReasoning-era test/comments,
and canonicalizes claw add-plan workspace path assertions (macOS realpath).

docs(gateway): fix configuration-examples to use schema-correct agents.defaults paths

The page used the legacy top-level agent: { ... } shape and a top-level
identity: { ... } block. Both are rejected by OpenClawSchema today
(see src/config/zod-schema.ts and the legacy rejection test in
src/config/config.legacy-config-detection.accepts-imessage-dmpolicy.test.ts).
Fixes:
- 6 examples: agent: { workspace, model, elevated } -> agents.defaults.*
- agents.defaults.elevated.enabled (non-existent) -> agents.defaults.elevatedDefault (off|on|ask|full per src/config/zod-schema.agent-defaults.ts:245)
- top-level identity: blocks moved into agents.list[].identity (canonical form per docs/gateway/config-agents.md and AgentEntrySchema)
- Expanded example identity merged into the existing main agent entry rather than a duplicate agents: block

feat(config): add reasoningDefault to agents.defaults

Add reasoningDefault support under agents.defaults and preserve the existing per-agent/session/inline override order.
Includes authorization gating for configured reasoning state, /status coverage, config schema/docs baseline updates, and regression tests for the reply and status paths. Also carries the related cron startup-run preservation fix and CI test stabilization needed for this PR branch.
Validated locally with pnpm check:changed, the focused Vitest bundle for touched gateway/cron/auto-reply/plugin-sdk/tooling tests, pnpm config:docs:check, and git diff --check. GitHub checks are green on the merged head; Greptile latest visible review is 4/5 with no P0/P1 findings.
