Preserve the internal null Authorization marker when resolving local no-auth provider headers, avoid classifying LM Studio prompt-template guidance as context overflow, and rebuild ai/llm-core package sources during pnpm dev/watch.
Reject symlinked generated-output roots before build and postbuild mutation paths can recurse into unrelated targets. Cover aggregate, UI, export-template, bundled-plugin, Docker-prune, and plugin-runtime entry points with regression tests and migration guidance.

Fail build and copy generators with ETIMEDOUT after 600000ms and terminate the complete managed process tree. Keep the timeout policy in the bundled-assets caller while preserving the shared helper for distinct callers such as #111349.

Adds a Discord Activities integration so an agent can show a self-contained
HTML widget to Discord users, opened as a sandboxed Activity inside the client.
Off by default: routes, the discord_widget tool, and the launch handler register
only when channels.discord.activities is configured. OAuth identifies the user
and gates on the account allowlist; widget lookup is capability- or
instance-validated; token exchange is rate-limited; widget HTML runs in a
no-network sandboxed iframe.
