Registry records carry only the doctorContract declaration instead of the whole
parsed manifest, and check:changed now selects the src/plugins-owned declaration

cross-lane drift cannot pass PR classification.

qqbot was the last plugin above 5s in doctor state-migration enumeration
(~8s under tsx/jiti). The cost was not the state-key builder (already a
leaf): its doctor closure value-imported the runtime-doctor SDK barrel,
whose plugin-state-store/state-db re-exports pull kysely (~330 modules),
plus security-runtime for one fileExists (~200 modules), all resolved
per-module by jiti during enumeration.
Split the migration-define helpers and light re-exports into a new
private-local plugin-sdk/runtime-doctor-migrations subpath; runtime-doctor
re-exports it so its public surface is byte-identical (API baseline hash
unchanged). qqbot's doctor-contract and state-migrations now import only
the light subpath, swapping fileExists for the equivalent async
legacyStateFileExists already in the closure.
qqbot enumeration: ~8.0s/531 modules -> ~0.25s/18 modules.
* chore(plugin-sdk): drop private-local subpath from API baseline
runtime-doctor-migrations is private-local-only; the baseline tracks public
modules, and the earlier line was generated before the classification.
* fix(plugins): register runtime-doctor-migrations boundary paths
The private-local subpath list feeds the extension package boundary map;
the shared paths config and xai's derived overrides must carry the same
entry or the boundary contract test fails.
The live codex text provider was a redundant projection of the openai
catalog (exclusive provider ownership; the openai plugin's ChatGPT OAuth
discovery already serves gpt-5.6-* route-aware). Folding it:
- extensions/codex no longer registers a text provider, catalog entry, or
synthetic text auth; provider.ts/provider-catalog.ts/provider-discovery.ts
and the route-blind model-name heuristics are deleted; the narrow
post-harness reasoning fallback moves to an app-server-owned module
- openai thinking policy keys on explicit selected-route provenance
(api === openai-chatgpt-responses) instead of value-shape inference
- models.list gains an optional additive agentRuntime field (configured
intent); session agentHarnessId remains the execution proof
- doctor --fix migrates the shipped codex/* config shape end to end:
every model slot, provider-config merge with blocker-aware conflict
handling, sessions, cron payloads (two-phase: runtime policy persists
before cron refs rewrite), transcripts; migrated refs carry model-scoped
agentRuntime.id=codex preserving the shipped wizard semantics; auto
runtime policies normalize to codex with sibling fields preserved;
blocked provider conflicts retain the whole legacy namespace fail-closed
with an actionable warning
- the stale openai:default profile cleanup (#91352) was deliberately
deferred to a follow-up after review showed it needs per-agent identity
proofs; doctor keeps warning about unusable profiles

plugin, preserve policy relays, and cover both normal and side turns.

Adds Codex as a selectable hosted web-search provider, routes native Codex search safely across model overrides, and isolates bounded hosted-search workers from configured tools.\n\nVerification: focused post-merge regression suite passed 202/202 tests on exact head 23824af49a.
Keep Codex app-server continuation turns alive after post-tool, raw assistant, and progress notifications, and reschedule continuation idle watches when shorter progress timeouts apply.
Add regression coverage for the plugin-sdk child_process mock helper deadlock that blocked CI shards on this PR.

Fix Codex app-server completion-stall recovery so replay-safe stdio completion-idle failures retry once, while progress/terminal turn-watch timeouts only surface timeout payloads.
Also preserve post-tool completion guards for scoped native response deltas and stabilize the oversized CONNECT timeout regression test picked up from latest main.

Harden the Codex app-server native execution bridge for OpenClaw sandboxed runs. The change keeps core sandbox policy in OpenClaw while exposing the process, filesystem, and HTTP relay behavior Codex needs inside a scoped exec server.
The large exec-server/test files were split into focused modules before landing, and the PR was rebased onto current main with focused tests, Testbox changed checks, CI, and Codex autoreview green.
