Masato Hoshino 504badbfb1 fix(line): treat a non-positive mediaMaxMb as unset (#121184)
`channels.line.mediaMaxMb` has no range constraint, so a configured `0` or
negative value loads cleanly and then survives the `??` chain in `createLineBot`
into `mediaMaxBytes`. Every non-empty inbound media download is then measured
against a 0-byte budget it cannot satisfy: `saveMediaStream` throws
`Media exceeds 0MB limit`, the LINE handler degrades the attachment to
`[line attachment unavailable]`, and the only trace is a verbose log line that
never names the setting.

Treat a non-positive value as unset at every link of the chain, so it falls back
to the same 10 MB default an unset field already means, and a non-positive
caller override no longer discards a valid account config value. Matrix
(#120466) and Zalo (#120988) resolved the identical contract the same way; LINE
was the last bundled channel resolving this field by hand without the guard.

Peter Steinberger b6b937d6ac chore(types): give test helpers nameable exported types (#121783) 2026-08-10 18:17:50 -07:00
Peter Steinberger da4a656cdb improve: doctor migration checks no longer load every bundled plugin runtime (#120678)
* perf(plugins): declare doctor contract surfaces

* perf(doctor): slim migration import closures

* perf(plugins): narrow doctor declaration record surface and wire owner-test lane

Registry records carry only the doctorContract declaration instead of the whole
parsed manifest, and check:changed now selects the src/plugins-owned declaration
honesty and closure-guard tests for extension module/manifest changes so
cross-lane drift cannot pass PR classification.

* fix(doctor): keep control-plane dist imports require-safe

Keep doctor and channel control-plane chunks off exec-class dependencies, and enforce native require(esm) loading during postbuild.

* chore(plugin-sdk): regenerate API baseline

* chore(plugin-sdk): sync export ordering

* fix(plugins): satisfy doctor contract CI boundaries

* perf(doctor): make qqbot doctor closure dependency-light

qqbot was the last plugin above 5s in doctor state-migration enumeration
(~8s under tsx/jiti). The cost was not the state-key builder (already a
leaf): its doctor closure value-imported the runtime-doctor SDK barrel,
whose plugin-state-store/state-db re-exports pull kysely (~330 modules),
plus security-runtime for one fileExists (~200 modules), all resolved
per-module by jiti during enumeration.

Split the migration-define helpers and light re-exports into a new
private-local plugin-sdk/runtime-doctor-migrations subpath; runtime-doctor
re-exports it so its public surface is byte-identical (API baseline hash
unchanged). qqbot's doctor-contract and state-migrations now import only
the light subpath, swapping fileExists for the equivalent async
legacyStateFileExists already in the closure.

qqbot enumeration: ~8.0s/531 modules -> ~0.25s/18 modules.

* chore(plugin-sdk): drop private-local subpath from API baseline

runtime-doctor-migrations is private-local-only; the baseline tracks public
modules, and the earlier line was generated before the classification.

* fix(plugins): register runtime-doctor-migrations boundary paths

The private-local subpath list feeds the extension package boundary map;
the shared paths config and xai's derived overrides must carry the same
entry or the boundary contract test fails.

wangyan2026 70394e190c [AI] fix(line): downgrade row-overflow tables to ordered bullet text (#117481)
Add tableRowCap() pre-check before Flex conversion so row-overflow
tables route through formatOversizedTableAsBullets() + segments instead
of being silently truncated by the renderer's slice(0,10/12).

- tableHasInlineMarkup() reuses renderTableCell's canonical hasMarkup
- processLineMessage checks row count before convertTableToFlexBubble
- convertTableToFlexBubble shares tableHasInlineMarkup for layout decision
- Delivery-boundary tests in auto-reply-delivery.test.ts
- Runtime artifact tests with LINE SDK provider-facing proof

Peter Steinberger f6131a4fbf build(deps): remove npm shrinkwrap; mirror pnpm lock into transient package locks (#114006)
* build(deps): remove npm shrinkwrap; mirror pnpm lock into transient package locks

npm 12 removed shrinkwrap (command + tarball/root loading). Delete all 82
committed npm-shrinkwrap.json files and stop publishing lockfiles; keep
pnpm-lock.yaml as the single reviewed dependency boundary. The generator
becomes scripts/generate-npm-package-lock.mjs and feeds plugin bundling via
a transient package-lock.json + npm ci (works on npm 11 and 12). Tarball
validation treats the published 2026.7.2 beta train as a shrinkwrap
transition; self-update npm detection now uses install topology instead of
the shipped shrinkwrap.

* fix(deps): repair lint, deadcode, and test-type lanes for the npm 12 migration

- sort integrity comparisons with an explicit comparator (oxlint)
- keep resolveBunGlobalNodeModules module-local (knip unused-export gate)
- model npm pack --json as npm<=11 array / npm 12 name-keyed object
- default calver destructuring in the tarball test fixture

Peter Steinberger 1e9d918037 feat(sdk): always persist media facts and ship facts-first replacements for legacy Media* surfaces (#113355)
* feat(sdk): always persist media facts and ship facts-first replacements for legacy Media* surfaces

PR 1 of the media legacy retirement program (audit-frozen, 4 PRs).

- Every media-bearing user turn now persists normalized __openclaw.media
  facts unconditionally while continuing to emit the legacy top-level
  Media* projection byte-identically (dual-write bridge; the conditional
  shouldPersistStructuredMediaEntries gate now always includes media).
- New replacement APIs, shipped before any removal: typed hook media
  facts (media[], originalMedia[], mediaStagingPending) on message
  events; {{AttachmentPath}}/{{AttachmentUrl}}/{{AttachmentContentType}}/
  {{AttachmentDir}}/{{AttachmentIndex}} template variables; focused
  openclaw/plugin-sdk/media-local-roots subpath split out of the
  deprecated agent-media-payload facade.
- Every legacy surface carries @deprecated naming its replacement, under
  one named compatibility record media-legacy-projection with the
  operator-approved removeAfter 2026-10-01 (two release trains; deletion
  additionally gates on a clean published-plugin artifact sweep).
- Generic transcript append invariant documented; SDK migration, hooks,
  and configuration docs updated to the facts-first path.

Writer golden matrix proves legacy bytes and model prompt bytes are
unchanged while nested facts become unconditional. 2,189 broad media
tests green; SDK api-baseline regenerated on fresh-env Testbox.

* feat(sdk): register media-local-roots subpath exports and deprecation metadata

Completes PR 1: package export map for openclaw/plugin-sdk/media-local-roots
plus the deprecated-subpath inventory and doc metadata entries for the
media-legacy-projection record.

* chore(sdk): track media-local-roots entrypoint and deprecated-export budgets

* fix(sdk): keep deprecated MSTeams buildMediaPayload re-export through the compat window

Deleting shipped runtime-api re-exports belongs to retirement PR 4 after
the media-legacy-projection window; PR 1 only deprecates. Also formats
the migration-guide schedule table.

* docs: regenerate docs map for media migration additions

Peter Steinberger c453c03979 refactor(media): delete internal MsgContext.Media* parallel fields for fact-only runtime (#113042)
* refactor(media): delete internal MsgContext.Media* parallel fields for fact-only runtime

Internal runtime now carries a fact-only RuntimeMsgContext: the legacy
MediaPath/MediaUrl/MediaType parallel fields (and plural/transcribed
variants), their alignment and default helpers, and bundled legacy payload
builders are removed from internal paths. Staging, hooks, Gateway, media
understanding, and the Telegram, QQ, Signal, Slack, iMessage, Discord, QA,
and Zalo plugins consume ordered MediaFact[] directly.

Retained boundaries per the program audit: public Plugin SDK MsgContext,
persisted transcript Media* rows, and documented template variables keep
working via projectMediaFacts at the five declared seams (fact owner,
channel payload, inbound-event, transcript persistence, SDK adapter).

Review-round hardening, each with regressions:
- hasStagedMediaProjection requires every path-bearing fact staged (was
  any-satisfied; mixed contexts skipped staging unstaged facts).
- finalizeInboundContext returns Omit<T, LegacyMediaContextKey> so deleted
  legacy fields leave the type when they leave the object.
- QQ image facts carry explicit kind: "image" (remote URLs have no MIME).
- resolveStagedMediaFacts adopts staged legacy paths positionally while
  retaining canonical fact metadata and cardinality (staged projections
  previously replaced canonical facts wholesale).

1,615 tests across 47 files; goldens untouched; delegated check:changed
green (run 30009882062).

* test(media): migrate remaining legacy Media* consumer suites to structured facts

Exact-head CI caught suites outside the curated affected set that still
asserted internal legacy fields. All were stale internal-field assertions
migrated to facts, except QA Channel, which had a real migration gap: it
still constructed the bundled legacy payload internally and now normalizes
saved attachments with toInboundMediaFacts and passes the declared media
parameter directly. Exhaustive rg sweep over every test referencing the
deleted fields (133 files, each run individually) is green.

Media-placeholder program batch 1: Google Chat, Zalo, LINE, and
Mattermost stop minting <media:kind> placeholder bodies. Media-only

attachment (type-only when a download fails or is rejected, so payload

Eden 8365383391 fix(line): deliver rich replies on the reply token instead of the push quota (#109011)
* fix(line): deliver rich replies on the reply token instead of the push quota

A reply token carries five messages for free, while push spends the account's
monthly quota. Text rode the token and the rich/media bubbles were pushed after
it, so an extracted table vanished with a 429 once that quota was gone. Bundle
both onto the token and push only the overflow.

Quick replies now ride the trailing message instead of the last reply-token
slot: LINE hides them as soon as a newer message arrives, so an overflowing
batch pushed its bubbles after the buttons and wiped them.

* refactor(line): unify auto-reply batching

* test(line): remove unused token fixture

* refactor(line): delete legacy reply chunk path

* fix(line): recover text from rejected mixed batches

* test(line): split auto-reply recovery coverage
