docs: rewrite published docs grounded in current source ( #100142 )

Source-grounded rewrite of 529 published docs pages with per-unit information-loss verification: 1,713 factual corrections cited to src/**, generated surfaces regenerated, frontmatter titles preserved for i18n, release notes pages untouched. All docs gates green.

Rewritten: tools/duckduckgo-search.md
- Aligned to consistent template (Setup, Config, Tool parameters, Notes, Related)
- Simplified from previous version
Aligned across all providers:
- Every search page now ends with a consistent ## Related section
- Replaced 'See [Web tools]' with proper Related links
- Added Exa + DuckDuckGo to web.md overview CardGroup and comparison table
- Added Exa to docs.json nav and redirects
