* feat(apps): adopt the system-notice family in Apple chat (OpenClawChatUI)
Decode internal_system provenance and __openclaw history markers, classify
once into message/notice/divider rows (web-parity kinds), render minimal
hairline notice/divider SwiftUI rows, preserve metadata through history
reconciliation, live transport, and the transcript cache, and align the
transcript exporter with visible classification instead of leaking raw
[System] prompts.
* fix(apps): satisfy OpenClawKit periphery gate
Remove the dead visibleMessages projection (rows path replaced its
consumers) and annotate the provenance test-fixture initializer with the
repo-standard periphery:ignore rationale.
* fix(apps): refresh native i18n inventory after periphery cleanup
* feat(chat): show live run telemetry across clients
* fix(chat): satisfy native validation gates
* fix(chat): settle advertised terminal runs
* fix(android): clear stale run usage on gaps
* chore(i18n): align native source inventory
* fix(chat): reconcile telemetry with current projections
* refactor(chat): keep run state in owner extensions
* chore(i18n): refresh native source inventory
* test(ui): expect persistent working telemetry through streaming
* refactor(prompt): plain inbound context labels with a provenance marker
Replaces trust-worded inbound context labels ("(untrusted metadata)",
"(untrusted, for context)") with plain labels plus a fixed provenance
marker suffix appended to every OpenClaw-injected context header.
Detection keys on the marker, not label text, so strippers stay correct
across UI, TUI, replay, /trace segmentation, memory recall, and the Swift
chat preprocessor. Drops sanitizeInboundSystemTags in favor of the marker
boundary plus trusted system-prompt narration.
Renames the untrusted-named plugin SDK context identifiers to
channel-provenance names, keeping deprecated aliases registered for
removal after 2026-09-08.
Adds `openclaw doctor --fix` migrations that rewrite legacy inbound
labels in stored SQLite transcripts and purge legacy envelope-
contaminated LanceDB recall rows.
* fix(ci): resolve gate failures for plain inbound context labels
- doctor sqlite readers: open read-only connections via openNodeSqliteDatabase
so the Kysely connection-boundary guardrail holds; unexport the now-internal
transcript snapshot type (Knip unused-export gate).
- compat registry: split the record table into registry-records.ts and
plugin-sdk-subpath-records.ts. The new compat record pushed registry.ts past
the 700-line oxlint cap; suppressions are disallowed, so follow the existing
sibling record-module pattern. Public exports and PluginCompatCode literals
unchanged.
- acp-runtime test: assert current finalization behavior (newline normalization
only). The bracket de-fang and System: rewrite it expected were removed with
sanitizeInboundSystemTags; forged system lines are neutralized at the
system-event queue, the single chokepoint feeding the System:-per-line render.
- regenerate docs_map and the plugin SDK API baseline manifest.
* fix(prompt): harden inbound context label migration and drop in-band sanitizer
Review follow-ups on the plain-label + provenance-marker change:
- Remove src/security/system-tags.ts. Rewriting inbound text to neutralize
look-alike `System:`/`[System]` markers corrupted legitimate user text and is
not a real injection boundary; role separation plus external-content wrapping
is. Explicit product decision, recorded at the system-event queue.
- Narrow the LanceDB legacy-row purge so it cannot delete benign memories. It
now requires a complete known legacy sentinel line, a legacy label followed by
a fenced JSON body, or the complete legacy external-content header. The prior
predicates matched ordinary prose such as `Notes (untrusted metadata):`, and
deletion is irreversible.
- Make explicit-empty canonical ChannelStructuredContext win over the deprecated
alias via a present/absent result instead of collapsing `[]` to undefined.
- Keep `\r?` in the active-memory doctor rule. It is the only rule spanning the
header's line break, migrated assistant rows skip newline normalization, and
without it the marked-header replace wins and the body strips to empty. Added
a CRLF regression test.
- Fix stale comments that described removed behavior, and cover the Swift
prose-block strip path.

* refactor(clients): drop superseded fast-mode accessors and picker convenience flagged by periphery
* chore(i18n): resync inventory line refs after dead-code removal
* feat(chat): replay the active plan snapshot to reconnecting clients
Plan checklists were live-event-only: a client that connected or
refreshed mid-run saw nothing until the next update_plan call, and iOS
adoptRun actively wiped retained plan state on reconnect. The gateway
now records the latest normalized plan snapshot per run beside the
existing chat text buffers and replays it through the established
chat.history/chat.startup inFlightRun recovery contract (runId > plan >
text under the payload budget; a budget-dropped plan is sent as an
explicit empty snapshot so clients never preserve a stale checklist).
Web, iOS, and Android seed and reconcile the snapshot through one shared
contract riding each client's existing inFlightRun adoption gate: present
plan replaces, absent plan preserves (legacy gateway), a different or
terminated run clears, and stale history responses cannot clobber a newer
live plan. Verified live gap: openclaw/openclaw#108675 comment 5001475066.
* fix(ios): extract run-snapshot adoption below the file-length lint ceiling
ChatViewModel.swift crossed SwiftLint's 1500-line limit; the in-flight
snapshot adoption and plan reconciliation move to a focused extension.
Also refresh the native i18n inventory for shifted line anchors.
* fixup: regenerate i18n anchors and test formatting after rebase
* ci: retrigger after wedged queued runs
* fix(ui): use Object.hasOwn for the plan field presence probe
* fix(ios): annotate the plan-snapshot fixture init for periphery
The gateway already broadcasts stream:"plan" agent events with typed
{step, status} snapshots; all three clients dropped them. Control UI now
renders an expandable checklist bar above the composer (run-scoped,
cleared on run lifecycle); the shared iOS/macOS chat UI mounts a
Liquid Glass pill (iOS 26 glassEffect, material fallback) between the
message list and composer; Android adds an expandable pill above the
composer bridged through ChatController/NodeRuntime/MainViewModel.
All parsers accept typed and legacy string steps, enforce the
single-in_progress invariant, and scope snapshots and clears to the
owning run. Locale artifacts, Android resources, and the iOS string
catalog carry generated translations for the pill strings.

* Preserve iOS chat activity on foreground refresh
Show an activity indicator when foreground history reports session activity without a chat in-flight snapshot, while keeping unanswered turns blocked and clearing the fallback state on answers, terminal events, session changes, and timeout.

The shared chat session sheet (iOS chat + macOS webchat) gains server-backed
search (sessions.list search param, 250ms debounce, cancellation-safe local
fallback when offline), an Active/Archived scope, swipe/context actions for
pin/rename/archive with optimistic updates and rollback, pin indicators, and
restore-on-open for archived rows. Archiving the open session switches back
to the main session so the composer never points at a send-rejecting session.
OpenClawChatTransport consolidates the two list requirements into canonical
listSessions(limit:search:archived:) with forwarding sugars (unreleased
internal API; all in-repo conformers updated: iOS gateway transport, demo and
fixture transports, previews, macOS webchat, test fakes). macOS webchat also
implements patchSession, giving the sheet's controls a live transport there.
OpenClawChatSessionEntry becomes var-based and gains pinnedAt/archivedAt;
the two full-init rebuild blocks in ChatViewModel collapse to copy-mutation
(the pattern that silently dropped newly added fields), preserving main's
model-identity/thinking-metadata semantics. A shared session list organizer
mirrors gateway ordering (pinnedAt desc, updatedAt desc, key) for cached and
offline lists, and pinned sessions survive the 24h recency cutoff in the
session picker.
Refs #100712
Adds an additive worktree flag to sessions.create so any new chat can run in an
isolated managed worktree of the agent's git workspace, with the branch checked
out and .worktreeinclude provisioning applied. The session's spawnedCwd points at
the matching subdirectory inside the worktree so chat runs, CLI, and the file
browser execute there. agents.list gains workspaceGit (workspace or an ancestor
is a git checkout) to gate the affordance; web sidebar, iOS, and Android expose a
New-Chat-in-worktree action. Uses the method's operator.write scope, but the
.openclaw/worktree-setup.sh step runs only for operator.admin callers since it
executes repo code. Deleting the session, or leaving via a plain New Chat, clears
the cwd and lossless-removes the worktree; idle GC treats recent session activity
as worktree activity so an active session's checkout is never swept.
Live-verified end-to-end on a real gateway; follow-up to #100535 (issue #100534).
* fix(ios): restore in-flight chat runs from gateway history
Restore active Apple chat ownership across reconnect, foreground, and sequence-gap recovery using the existing chat.history snapshot. Preserve agent/session scoping and Gateway user-turn identity across Codex and Copilot mirrors, including current offline-cache integration.
* fix(ios): restore in-flight chat runs from gateway history
Subscribe the iOS gateway chat transport to per-session transcript events so group chats update when other clients send messages. Constrain local user echo adoption to the optimistic row tied to the still-pending send run, so repeated same-content user messages from other clients append instead of replacing history.
