* fix(security): unify secret-redaction and SSRF policy ownership
Memory-host errors now redact through the canonical redactor (payment/card/CVV
coverage included) via the existing core facade instead of a stale local
pattern table; ACP error redaction is wired through a single barrel so the
injected canonical redactor no longer depends on module load order, and the
acp-core fallback table shrinks to the minimal standalone set (structured
auth-header patterns proven load-bearing stay). The memory-host SsrFPolicy
structural copy is deleted in favor of the canonical src/infra/net/ssrf.ts
type re-exported through the network facade.
* fix(build): keep memory-core doctor closure execa-free
Import the canonical redactor directly from src/logging/redact.js instead of
the openclaw-runtime-io facade (which reaches execa through the full runtime
graph), and regenerate the plugin SDK API baseline for the intentional
canonical-SsrFPolicy surface change.
* fix(security): merge operator redact patterns with defaults in injected redactors
ClawSweeper found that ACP injected the general redactor, where nonempty logging.redactPatterns replace the built-in provider-token patterns. Use the tool-payload redactor for ACP and memory-host error formatting so operator patterns extend defaults and redaction remains forced for these security boundaries.

kysely-bearing graphs through other broad barrels (session-store-runtime,

sqlite-runtime, persistent-dedupe, and plugin-local barrels).
- lazy-import heavy helpers inside async migration bodies (codex, msteams,
zalouser, workboard, matrix inbound-dedupe, memory-core migrations)
- bypass plugin-local barrels to defining modules (reef protocol,
memory-core short-term-promotion)
- move to lighter existing subpaths (slack -> channel-streaming, matrix
logger -> security-runtime, memory-wiki -> agent-scope-runtime, which now
also exports resolveSessionAgentId)
- add narrow openclaw/plugin-sdk/realtime-voice-activation for discord's
sync wake-name doctor rules
- split src/infra/kysely-sync-cache-state.ts so sqlite-transaction clears
Kysely caches without value-loading kysely; split the memory-host-sdk

- guard: forbid the heavy barrels in doctor closures with per-kind scoping
Cold enumeration per plugin: discord 52.6s->0.3s, msteams 30.9s->0.5s,
codex 29.6s->2.6s, zalouser 28.8s->2.3s, matrix 27.2s->3.2s,
slack 17.5s->1.5s, reef 9.9s->0.7s, memory-core 6.4s->3.6s,
workboard 3.4s->0.25s; all kysely-free except llm-task (named follow-up).
* fix(plugins): route slack streaming compat through a focused streaming-config subpath
The channel-streaming compat barrel is deprecated for extension production
code (deprecated-api-usage guard + SDK package contract). Add the narrow
non-deprecated openclaw/plugin-sdk/channel-streaming-config subpath for the
pure streaming config readers, and drop the now consumer-less
short-term-promotion barrel re-exports knip flagged.
* test(plugins): register memory-host-sdk kysely bridge in package boundary inventory
* fix(plugins): classify realtime-voice-activation as private-local
ClawSweeper P2: the subpath exports only a default target, which is the
private-local shape; register it in plugin-sdk-private-local-only-subpaths,
the package-boundary d.ts alias maps, and correct the public surface budgets
(realtime-voice-activation no longer counts as public).
* fix(release): exclude realtime-voice-activation declarations from the published package
Private-local subpaths ship without d.ts; register the files negation the

Registry records carry only the doctorContract declaration instead of the whole

qqbot was the last plugin above 5s in doctor state-migration enumeration
(~8s under tsx/jiti). The cost was not the state-key builder (already a
leaf): its doctor closure value-imported the runtime-doctor SDK barrel,
whose plugin-state-store/state-db re-exports pull kysely (~330 modules),
plus security-runtime for one fileExists (~200 modules), all resolved
per-module by jiti during enumeration.
Split the migration-define helpers and light re-exports into a new
private-local plugin-sdk/runtime-doctor-migrations subpath; runtime-doctor
re-exports it so its public surface is byte-identical (API baseline hash
unchanged). qqbot's doctor-contract and state-migrations now import only
the light subpath, swapping fileExists for the equivalent async
legacyStateFileExists already in the closure.
qqbot enumeration: ~8.0s/531 modules -> ~0.25s/18 modules.
* chore(plugin-sdk): drop private-local subpath from API baseline
runtime-doctor-migrations is private-local-only; the baseline tracks public
modules, and the earlier line was generated before the classification.
* fix(plugins): register runtime-doctor-migrations boundary paths
The private-local subpath list feeds the extension package boundary map;
the shared paths config and xai's derived overrides must carry the same
entry or the boundary contract test fails.

marker suffix appended to every OpenClaw-injected context header.
Detection keys on the marker, not label text, so strippers stay correct
across UI, TUI, replay, /trace segmentation, memory recall, and the Swift
chat preprocessor. Drops sanitizeInboundSystemTags in favor of the marker
boundary plus trusted system-prompt narration.
Renames the untrusted-named plugin SDK context identifiers to
channel-provenance names, keeping deprecated aliases registered for
removal after 2026-09-08.
Adds `openclaw doctor --fix` migrations that rewrite legacy inbound
labels in stored SQLite transcripts and purge legacy envelope-
contaminated LanceDB recall rows.
* fix(ci): resolve gate failures for plain inbound context labels
- doctor sqlite readers: open read-only connections via openNodeSqliteDatabase
so the Kysely connection-boundary guardrail holds; unexport the now-internal
transcript snapshot type (Knip unused-export gate).
- compat registry: split the record table into registry-records.ts and
plugin-sdk-subpath-records.ts. The new compat record pushed registry.ts past
the 700-line oxlint cap; suppressions are disallowed, so follow the existing
sibling record-module pattern. Public exports and PluginCompatCode literals
unchanged.
- acp-runtime test: assert current finalization behavior (newline normalization
only). The bracket de-fang and System: rewrite it expected were removed with
sanitizeInboundSystemTags; forged system lines are neutralized at the
system-event queue, the single chokepoint feeding the System:-per-line render.
- regenerate docs_map and the plugin SDK API baseline manifest.
* fix(prompt): harden inbound context label migration and drop in-band sanitizer
Review follow-ups on the plain-label + provenance-marker change:
- Remove src/security/system-tags.ts. Rewriting inbound text to neutralize
look-alike `System:`/`[System]` markers corrupted legitimate user text and is
not a real injection boundary; role separation plus external-content wrapping
is. Explicit product decision, recorded at the system-event queue.
- Narrow the LanceDB legacy-row purge so it cannot delete benign memories. It
now requires a complete known legacy sentinel line, a legacy label followed by
a fenced JSON body, or the complete legacy external-content header. The prior
predicates matched ordinary prose such as `Notes (untrusted metadata):`, and
deletion is irreversible.
- Make explicit-empty canonical ChannelStructuredContext win over the deprecated
alias via a present/absent result instead of collapsing `[]` to undefined.
- Keep `\r?` in the active-memory doctor rule. It is the only rule spanning the
header's line break, migrated assistant rows skip newline normalization, and
without it the marked-header replace wins and the body strips to empty. Added
a CRLF regression test.
- Fix stale comments that described removed behavior, and cover the Swift
prose-block strip path.

* chore(compat): date the annotated deprecation families and expose removal-pending debt
Adds 10 dated compat-registry records for shipped deprecated surfaces that
previously had @deprecated annotations only (removeAfter 2026-10-01 per the
approved 60-day window), extends the beta5 session-store record with the
package-root aliases, surfaces removal-pending records with due dates,
blockers, and readers in the plugin boundary report, and converts undated
cleanup obligations (CI timing job, zizmor excessive-permissions, staged
Codex CI auth, memory-host legacy state dir, agent-DB schema-ladder floors)
into dated markers visible to the weekly dated-TODO sweep. Metadata,
diagnostics, and docs only - no runtime behavior change.
* fix(compat): keep extension src test paths out of core string literals
The core import guardrail forbids extensions/*/src/ path shapes in core
production string literals; cite the package-root google-meet test and the
registry test for official-plugin-export-aliases instead.
